EOP 2024 is a 4-day programme designed to equip participants with transferable skills that will help them excel in their future engineering careers and learn about innovative solutions to real-life engineering issues.

About the Event
Overview
In collaboration with University of Ghana, School of Engineering Sciences, BWEng present EOP2024 for Ghanaian Students. Intended for female University students studying Engineering degrees in Ghana, participants will be provided the opportunity to hear from and network with accomplished individuals such as award winning engineers, inspirational professionals and successful entrepreneurs with relevant expertise.
For the duration of the 4 days, students will participate in a multidisciplinary project based on the theme for this year 'Engineering Solutions for Sustainable Cities/Communities promoting sustainable industrialization and innovative infrastructure', participate in a number of workshops including design thinking, entrepreneurship for engineers, CV and LinkedIn Clinic and Personality Diversity. They will also hear from 2 notable keynote speakers and a panel discussion with professionals.

In addition to networking with inspirational speakers and like-minded people, taking part in the programme will enhance your CV with transferable skills by participating in the Innovative project. On successful completion of the programme, students will be awarded a certificate of participation. Memebers of the winning team will be in the chance of winning prize and mentoring opportunities.
How to apply
Eligibility
To be considered for EOP 2024, you must be a university student currently studying for an Engineering degree in Ghana. You must also fulfil the below requirement:
- Applicant must be 18 years old or older
- Be available to attend the entire 4 days of the programme at the University of Ghana, Legon (accomodation provided)
