This 4 weeks, immersive and empowering development program will give you the structure and coaching needed to help you build the roadmap to the career you want.
Module 1: Self Awareness & Development
Before you focus on self-development you need to be fully aware of what areas need more focus. To kick off the programme we walk through practical exercises to establish your Strengths, Weaknesses & Values and distinguish weaknesses from areas of development. A part of this module will delve into communication and explore effective communication techniques.
